I stayed at rm#228 from 3/30/24 to 4/02/24. The room had a constant odor of pet, there was pet fur on the chairs as well as the linens on the bed which made both my children sick as well as a senior citizen.

There was no ice machine, my smoke detector was hanging by wires over the bed, the tub shower had stains , the internet said newly remodeled and we did not see anything new, my friends room had bugs! Our blinds were broken. The price was way to high for this place

Positives:
The second floor is full of smoke from cigarettes or whatever!! I asked to be moved and didn’t get accommodated. The manager didn’t even address or apologize for my issue! Very disappointed and not worth the money or stay. Unfortunately that was my only option for the night so to my drive.

The staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. The first day I woke up late for breakfast and June, one of the staff members, offered me some oatmeal and blueberry muffins that were left over. It was an incredible act of kindness that I greatly appreciate. They also let us store our carry on for a few hours while we explored the city prior to our flight.
Negatives:
Better breakfast and cleanliness products outside of the vending machine. There should at least be bowls for the oatmeal during the breakfast. Further, there should be bottles of water available at the front desk. Given the price of the stay, there should at least be water available in the room or available at the front desk to drink.
