Found a roach in the bathroom after checking in about 2 hours. The room had a very bad smell and was not clean. I requested a room change and was granted. The second room had an awful smell as well. I asked the customer service rep for cleaning supplies

I then went back to the updated room and scrubbed the walls and floors and fixtures. Was now able to sleep. But the smell in the hotel did not go away. Very bad experience.

Its a pretty decent extended stay. Not too many bugs and they at least try to keep the pool clean. The rooms are a nice size and most of the cleaning staff is nice.

The only person with professionalism is the general manager. Every other employee who works the front desk presents an attitude ranging from apathy to open hospitality for even the slightest request, so beware!

Terrible staff. Hour to check us in. Said they needed to check rooms before we could get a key. Breakfast was coffee, NO cream and a muffin. Homeless people living there. Halls smell terrible. Absolutely rediculous.

It was easy to get to from the airport.

The room was not the cleanest. There were 3 flies in the room when we checked in. I went to the front desk to ask if there was something (fly swatter) I was told no they have nothing. The pool was dirty and not cleaned once my whole stay. Couldnt swim!!
