Negatives: I reported issues to the front desk and there was no response or solution: the sunken bed mattress; the dirty balcony/terrace. We stayed there 2 more nights under another reservation and after a reminder, the issues were not solved.

Negatives: On arrival on Fri 22nd March the hotel didn't recognise my booking which I did through booking.com .So another room was booked direct with the hotel. To my annoyance the hotel subsequently has also charged my credit card for the original booking which they couldn't identify on arrival. Despite providing all requested information and images of documents on the app the hotel and booking.com have so far not refunded me for the original booking which is a clear booking system issue between them and the hotel.

Positives: Very clean - bed sheets, restroom etc.

Negatives: The facility looks and feels tired. (We were in the two-storey buildings in the grounds of the hotel. the main building looked as if it was more up-to-date.) We had hoped to play some mini-golf but that facility is unservicable.
