The bare minimum in the room and yet met all needs. Extremely clean, bathroom was great with step-in shower, whole kitchen was a surprise even tho it was promised. Breakfast looked like nothing and yet was perfect, with all food groups covered

The lobby had one bench, no place to sit if you wanted to get out of the room and read. You were in the room or outside

The first encounter with the front desk was not great. The elevator was scary! The halls smelled terrible, our room was dirty and our shower was cold. We wanted to heat up our barely warm coffee in the microwave but found food! Never again!

My room was filthy. The bed was made but the floors were sticky, there was dirt and dust along the baseboards, the shower was not cleaned (I took video of this) and the hallway carpet was filthy. It made our family Christmas trip very uncomfortable.

With vinyl flooring instead of carpeting in the room, the cleanliness is top notch.
Negatives:
Expected breakfast buffet with hot scrambled eggs etc. However, what was available were cold items such as oranges, protein bars, along with coffee or tea and only a small bar to stand at to eat..bummer. Went to eat at nearby sit-down eatery.

We got to our hotel to check in and the door was locked. There was a phone that said to dial 0 for check in. Nobody answered that after multiple attempts. We called customer service and because they couldnt get ahold of the front desk, they couldnt help

Do not go there, room full of German roaches and we had to leave, didnt really stayed and still got charged for the night.

Water pressure was terrible, and you need to break from the norm and have a few smoking rooms. It's a real pain in the ass to have to go downstairs and outside just to smoke.

Continental breakfast was a joke. No creamer for coffee. Very limited choices. No water pressure in shower, and only dripping water in sink. A person who was known to frequent their hotel followed me into the elevator, asked inappropriate questions and suggested coming to my room. Terrified me, making me barricade my door, and not feel safe. Front desk staff knew him.
