It was convenient to the town.

I was extremely disappointed that my room was not serviced on the second day of my stay even though I continued to pay the same amount as the first day( which is customary to continue to pay the same amountI) I had to ask about the possibility of getting more coffee and clean towels. I was told I could get coffee at the desk which I could get and take up to my room. At $300 a night I would expect better service. I will not stay there again.

There were no common areas outside to work from other than front of building. It said there was a pool on the site but there isn’t one. That should be updated.

Classic hotel that is in impeccable condition, very clean, staff is attentive, easy walking distance to Marian street where most of PGs restaurants and nightlife are. Breakfast is not included, but onsite restaurant is reasonable and far better quality than the typical free breakfast offerings you usually see.
Negatives:
Not sure if all of the rooms contain handicap accessories, mine did, thought it was a little creepy.
