So modern and chic. Workout equipment in the room was a nice surprise. Nice gym and the cucumber water was a treat. Much nicer than I expected.

The restaurant was sub par. Breakfast was mediocre at best, service was terrible. There was one server & restaurant was empty.Charging three dollars for a to go cup of coffee is ridiculous. There should be complementary coffee to go at all times.

Their dryer was broke we were accused of breaking it and lying about it I am 48 years old I've been in customer service since I was 15 and own a small business and then I was also refused higher UPS phone number

Did not realize this was a super pet friendly hotel when I booked in the wee hours of an impending hurricane. There were many many dogs everywhere. Staff tried to keep them out of the restaurant. Dog owners were argumentative and felt entitled about that rule .Kudos to the staff for giving us non dog owners a small place of refuge.

I loved that the room was large and clean. Front desk clerks were very friendly and nice. The location is awesome. I usually stay across the street at Hyatt but decided to change it up this time.

The Hyatt offers a free breakfast buffet which would have been a nice addition to the stay. Otherwise, no complaints.
