The room was clean and comfortable, and an adequate size for my wife and I. The breakfast, delivered daily to our room, was good, we were clean platers!
Negatives:
We could hear some traffic noise. It didn't cause much in the way of problems with our sleeping. But, generally we prefer a quieter venue when we can find one.

The rooms in the "extension" part are large enough but furniture is barely enough: we had to ask for a second chair

Room had an outside entrance.

Should have told us we were on the second floor with an outside entrance requiring three steps.
My wife has mobility issues and we really needed access without stairs.

Having the breakfast served in a room would be nicer.
However, we were happy to take it out and eat overlooking the lake or by the pool.
It just gives your guests an option.
Negatives:
It would be great to sit by a lit fireplace with a drink, while waiting for our dinner table to be called.
Regardless, we were happy and enjoyed looking at the birds, pretty flowers and relaxing by the lake.
This is not a complaint.
It is a suggestion that your guests would like.

We had a wonderful stay...
Positives:
I like the lake view, the front desk welcome by Sergio. Amazing. The restaurant even though it was all booked. The renovated bathroom, almost new.
Negatives:
The vintage style is nice but some room furniture as the table could be renovated.
We didn't like the restaurant manager's attitude, not friendly. I think he doesn't like his job. It was a contrast between him and the rest of the hotel staff. We didn't like much the breakfast sandwich which is delivered to your room, no choice to have it elsewhere.
