I will never go back...
Positives:
I liked getting out of there. 20 minutes after we got there and checked our rooms out we decided to go across the street and stay at the Holiday Inn

It felt very dirty, the bathroom lights didn’t work so had to use a flashlight, didn’t feel safe with the other “visitors” staying there, animals in the pool, trailer trash-couches around “fire pit”

Room was clean, comfortable. Everything worked fine (once I figured out how to switch the input on the TV to where the signal was).
Negatives:
Staff was friendly, but have one major issue. THEY DO NOT SPEAK ENGLISH! I got locked out of my room, took nearly 15 minutes to explain to him I just needed a key to get back in it. He kept telling me "after nine o'clock you cannot check in". I kept telling him "I am checked in, I just need to get into my room!". Finally someone translated for me. Also...do not believe the 24/7 claim. We checked out at 8;55 and there was nobody in the office, had to leave cards in the night drop, am afraild I will have to have the credit card company straighten it out if the hotel never figured out I checked out. Also, very minor gripe, no coffee pot. Travelers use these places and need their caffeine in the morning!

The girl at the front desk had such an attitude I asked for my money back and she refused. She called her father in and he had to calm her down. Worst experience I have ever had at a motel.☹️

check in was a bit confusing the guy didn’t know how to check in he left to go pick up the manager! The manager was super nice!
Negatives:
Even tho the bed was comfy, there was no support under the mattress the bed collapsed in the middle of my sleep at 3 am I pulled the mattress aside and repositioned the thin support wooden slates. It collapsed again! 2nd night we put mattress on the floor and finished out our stay! Can you imagine being in a deep sleep and then falling? Yeah not a great experience at all.

Check in person was very short and kept insisting my card was declined. She put the card in the reader with the chip upside down and claimed that is how her machine worked. Rooms were clean, but front office dirty and cluttered
