Everything! Great location, loved sitting on the porch swing looking out to the beautiful bay. In walking distance to everything popular in St. Augustine. But, what we loved the most was the breakfast & Happy Hour brought to our room daily. The food was absolutely delicious.

Location was fabulous to downtown, room was comfortable. Loved the seating on the balcony. Happy hour and homemade breakfast was wonderful.

The only reason I didnt give it a 10/10 was because of the window coverings and the light that came through on the two windows facing the side garden. We like a dark room to sleep in and unfortunately there was a lot of decorative lighting in the garden that shone through into our room through the blinds. Other than that we loved the place.

Great location, very close to businesses, attractions, and restaurants.
Negatives:
Property felt like it was not as well-kept as pictured on the listing. The staff was onsite but they did not really go above and beyond like many of the other luxury B&Bs that we have stayed at. The bed in our room felt warn- and could have used replacing. The fan remote for the ceiling was broken and held together by tape. For a facility charging 350$+ per night, I expected a bit more.
