Clean hallways, clean pool, free parking, very convenient location to downtown St Augustine
Negatives:
They refused to clean our beds for four nights in a row. We were originally told that they don't clean beds when there are any items on the bed. However, even after we removed all items of each beds, the cleaning staff wouldn't clean the beds or change the sheets until a different cleaning room started working on the second floor. Some of the front staff acted like I was bothering them.
They only gave us new shampoo, conditioner and lotion once within five days... For some reason they chose not to replenish that.
