Not being rushed to checkout, the location, privacy, breakfast selection, room clean and both times I've stayed at the hotel all of the amenities included with room in working order, plumbing decent, water hot, great shower head, spacious tub

Parking for guests with rooms located in the very front of the building is ridiculously tight for what appears to be no good reason I understand.

The bed was terrible. I got no sleep at all. I could feel the springs in the bed which was sooo uncomfortable. There was a bug in the tub therefore, I didn't take a shower. I informed the front desk of the issues that I had Saturday morning, but she showed a LACK of concern. I checked out. Leaving the hotel , driving out the parking lot the road went up the hill/inclined which I road backwards twice which if I went up to fast, I would almost hit a vehicle in the intersection. Smh IT WAS TERRIBLE

Positives:
I did like the price, location and the staff. The staff was very warming and she took care of all our needs. I would stay again considering how convenient it was to maneuver through Tallahassee in a great time.
Negatives:
The bathroom and the handwashing area needs to be updated, its a little creepy. It just not a modern feel when you walk into the room. Also I personally feel that they should have designated rooms for people with pets considering many people have allergies to animals. But overall it was worth the price.
