over all the stay was nice. made this reservation lats minute after a much worse hotel was our first choice. staff was polite. room was near perfect and the location was very close to where we needed to go

nothing overly problematic. the elevators had some scuffs and scratches and the bathroom in our room was not cleaned perfectly. only honest issue was how long the showers took to warm up. took several minutes to get above freezing

The only complaint is when we left for the day, no one cleaned our room. We did have a do not disturb on the door, but took it off when we left around 10.
