They charged me for many services I never requested for.
I tried to get my money back and the front desk agent and manager treated me like trash .
They were so unprofessional, the manger punching the wall with his hand when he was asked to come to assist me.
The hotel is the most horrible place I have ever been.
So disgusting, dirty, insects everywhere in the room. Overall this the treatment I received there was deplorable.

Even though the manager of the property said that he would take care of it, I did not like the fact that I had to change my departure date prior to arriving. I went on my priceline.com app tried to change it, and I was told I could not change it that that had to be done by the property, so when I checked in on the 20th I told the property about it and they said they could not change it that that was up to Priceline so that needs to be fixed

We rented 3 rooms for the weekend the whole entire weekend we were never bought clean towels the staff didn't speak English and didn't understand what we were saying..had to use the same towels and rags the whole weekend rooms didn't have a microwave
