There were strange people outside.We had to switch room because the first one did not have blankets on bed, the matress was stained, cigarette ashes in a dirty bath. Everything was dirty, even the floor. When we went to the clerk, it took eveything for him to change our room. The second room smelled pot and was not clean also. The blankets were stained, so we slept in our sleeping bags.

I reserved the room for my sister, Starlyn Pettit. The front desk clerk rudely refused to check her in because she didnt have ID. The employee was unprofessional and unkind to a person in need. She said that she was going to cancel the booking so I expect a full refund.
