Roaches!! Smells like mildew. At about 2am, it sounded like they were pressure washing the building,as high pressure water kept hitting the window. Then an adjacent unit decided to blast their music shortly afterwards. Defiantly not a peaceful place to sleep.

Basic, therefore easy on the wallet.
Negatives:
Grumpy staff upon arrival. No kitchenware at all, which meant having to buy pans etc. A great benefit to this place is having a good sized kitchenette, with big microwave, full sized fridge-freezer, sink, two-burner stovetop….but there are no utensils, pots, pans, crockery. I guess people have stolen them. Anyway, if you want to cook your own meals, bring your own kitchenware.
