Amazing from elevator to room...
Positives:
Paid for 1 night @ mid town accidentally and was told to book the downtown location and receive a refund. Never received a refund, ended up paying over $800 for 1 night

Highly limited breakfast and while friendly and efficient no real attetnion to make it appealing. The corridors on the 7th floor carpet was all stained, our chair in 716 was stained, and general cleanliness is somewhat missing. When we arrived they could not find our reservation eventhough we were snet a check in notice and had our conifrmation in hand. However, the AGM was excellent and handled everything beautifully. SHe is a real treasure for the property. Having been a hotel owner and operator and knowing many Mariott Executives here in DC - she is what a hotel needs - frinendly, courteous, efficient and above all accommadting.

Was in a good location.
Negatives:
The bathroom had an order like rotten eggs. Towels I the bathroom were minimal and staff did not replenish toilet paper and there was no spare roll. The body wash in the shower was also not replenished. I ran out after a day of my 2 day stay with means neither was replenished before I checked in.
