The couch had no pillows on it, and I asked for pillows, and I was given 2 bottoms was ridiculous. There was hair all over the bathroom shower, and our socks were black, just walking inside the villa. Was extremely dirty...
Negatives:
I asked the maids for toilet paper because there wasn't a backup, and we received 0 service in 3 days and was told to go to the office. We had garbage left outside our room for the entire stay because we had to empty the can daily ourselves and was still there at check out. There was obvious activity around the property very late at night that looked like illegal activities. Was all bad.....There was a towel over the hot water heater to stop the drip on the electrical plug super fire Hazzard while we sleep 5 feet away. We were so upset it wasn't worth a move because it was obvious how the property was treated. Finally, check out never again

The complimentary breakfast was good. The only hotel staff that was great was Jake at the front desk. He was phenomenal.
Negatives:
The rooms all do not in fact include a pull out couch. They're dated and not cleaned properly. Housekeeping only comes on the 3rd day of your stay. Then pool is small. The wifi is terrible. There are no sponges included in the rooms despite there being dishes and pots and pans there.
