Loved the breakfast and social hour. Employees were all very friendly.

When we arrived at 2:30 to check in, they told me it would be a $25 charge for early check-in. I have stayed at many hotels and Ive never experienced this. Usually if your room is ready, they let you in. Also, the bathroom could use a better cleaning.

Shuttle bus! It takes you places within a 3 mile radius. It was perfect for our family to visit busch gardens. Parking there is a $32+ daily fee

There was only 2 Temps in our room: Hot or Cold. It never turned off & when the temp was set, it didn't matter; it was running one setting:Cold. We even set it to 90 & we only got the Cold temp. Wedid see a bug in the bathroom;wall plumbing isn't sealed

Excellent staff - professional, competent, accommodating & friendly. Diego went out of his way to be helpful. Did not use offered free amenities [internet, drinks, breakfast] but friends said both were a pleasant, useful add-on.

our room - ac was too loud and thermostat was not working properly and not able to sleep properly. we have to move to a different room after we complained and ac still a little less loud than the previous room.

Great location and the breakfast option was good. Like that checkout was 11:00 that made a huge difference with our departing travel.

My room didnt have any towels upon arrival and had to wait about 2hrs to get some. Would have like for the restaurant to be open on Sun evening

They are hiding a huge fee that feels like theft! You wont know until you get to the property that they charge for parking and blame it on the university. When I plan a budget I do not like forced fees beyond what I agreed to. I will never stay here agai

Its conveniently located. Building is nice with the Christmas decorations inside the atrium. In the courtyard a beautiful water scape and several healthy plants makes a beautiful courtyard. Their breakfast is wholesome & happy hour snacks & drinks.

Excelente ubicacin para ir a Busch Garden, menos de 10 minutos, ofrecen traslado a los parques. El desayuno muy bueno, la habitacin muy limpia y el estacionamiento es barato slo $12 por da. Esta ubicado en buena zona, a un lado de la universidad.

Haban solo 2 toallas, quisimos pedir adicionales y haba que bajar hasta front desk, ya que por telfono es una asistente virtual que no resuelve nada, y siempre termina diciendo con gusto lo ayudaremos en front desk.
