Negatives: It felt like the room was not clean. There was actually a hole in the wall. When I arrived, there was no one to greet me. I was upset that I couldnt get to my room. I finally found a phone in the entranceway and was able to get someone to help me get to my room.

Positives: Dirty room, too many coakroach in the room, no room service, no towel exchange. I had 3 days and never saw cleaning personnel. Breakfast ended before 9 am when it was supposed to end at 9:30. Staff solve everything with "I am sorry" with not trying to solve the issue. Went outside the hotel to buy toilet paper because they never replaced it.
