Nice clean Hotel, excellent location. Free tram station nearby, less than 10 minute walk and that takes you aquarium, river side and ybor. Room was clean and breakfast was sufficient and varied little by the day.
Parking is just next to hotel entrance.
Negatives:
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess that is pricing in the area.

The location to everything I wanted to see and due also the location near the cruise terminal was within walking distance.

The transportation to the cruise terminal was not set up correctly so we had to book an Uber because of the suite cases.

I really liked staying here. It was very convenient for the Riverside walk and not far from the tram/trolley stop to Ybor City.
I was here for a cruise and the hotel laid on a free bus service. You could walk to the terminal, but why get all sweaty and sticky when you can wait in the air conditioned lobby?
It's a bit of a track walking to Downtown, so taking the tram is the easiest, if not the quickest, when you don't have your own wheels.
Not a huge choice of restaurants near by but Sparkman Wharf is but a 10-minute on foot where you can find some interest street food. The pool looked very nice, although I didn't get a chance to use it.
The breakfast wasn't bad, either
Negatives:
I thought there was too much disposible cutlery used at breakfast and I am not sure how much is recycled really. After the first day, I took my own mug and metal cutlery from the apartment down to breakfast.
