Positives: Breakfast was more than expected and had healthy selections, greatly appreciated. Coffee was good. Beds comfortable. Room very quiet.
Negatives: Make sure the tissue box is not empty or provide more than one. Shades did not cover entire window and bright lights shone in all night. I had to wear my eye mask (which isn't really comfortable)

Positives: The shuttle service was extremely appreciated. We utilized it both to get from the airport to the hotel and then also to go to Publix.
Negatives: I did not like it when we called the front desk for a ride back from Publix and the message was never given to the shuttle driver and we waited for an hour before calling again just to be told that the front desk girl never told the shuttle driver we were ready. Very, Very frustrating. I think if the guest could contact the shuttle driver directly it could save time and prevent this sort of thing from happening.

Negatives: I requested a mobility accessible room and I didn’t get one. I called the desk and they switched out room, had me come down and get the key and move all our stuff (5 people) to another room. ALSO not a mobility accessible room. So we all go down to the desk and they tell me it’s not their fault it’s because I booked through booking.com. They showed me the accessible room and it had ONE BED and there are 5 of us. So we had to book a second room which I appreciate they gave us a discount on. We asked to talk to a manager and she was ‘in a meeting’ and ‘would call us’ and she never did.

Negatives: I was charged twice. I had a change in travel from March 27th and 28th to April 4th and 5th. My visa credit card ending in 8953 was charged for 3/27 which I wasn’t there and 4/4. Please refund the 3/27th charges for $29.31 and $217.33. Thank you.
