The beds are extremely uncomfortable, no towels or wash towels in the room. They didn't want to give my change that was part of my deposit. They told me to call next day when I was returning home that day!

The staff was very unfriendly and rooms were not very clean and outdated. Not to mention cops were commonly here.

Front desk not friendly. No good morning, thanks for staying with us just sitting on phone. Breakfast was very weak! They had cereal but no MILK!!! Eating area was dirty from other guests, food and milk on floor and tables. Won't stay there again.

On the way to the room there was trash all down the hallway. We got to our room and there were stains all over the bed and in the bathroom. We tried to overlook these things but then as we tried to shower, the knob was broken (as in there was plaster all over it as a band-aid fix). After this we just decided to check into the holiday inn express nearby. However, as we tried to get a refund (after being checked in for maybe 10 minutes) the man at the front desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful, saying only the water didn’t work despite the entire room and hallway looking very dirty and unappealing. Even on the way out packing the car, there were cars driving recklessly in the lot almost hitting us. I recommend just staying at one of the hotels nearby to save yourself the disappointment and money.
