The only thing luxury about the hotel is the price. Dont be fooled by the grand facade, the lobby is on the basement, and our room next to the reception, just after the electrical facility room. No coffee in the room.

Similarly, for the price, the bathroom was outdated and the conditioner was empty and the toilet paper super thin/rough (and I am only mentioning this because, again, for the price, this is the type of thing you should not encounter). From the pictures, I also thought the place was fancier, with a larger bar/restaurant area; while it is not "small," it is definitely not the high-end place I thought.

We were disappointed with an incident that we had with the valet service. On our bill we were charged for our valet service. When we went to get our car, we were told by one of the valet attendants that it was $20. When we confronted them and told them That we already paid for valet services on our bill they quickly scrambled and suggested that that should perhaps be a tip. Disappointed in that type of activity.
