There was toilet paper with feces on it in the hall when we stepped in the door. Doors had to be slammed to close, lights and phones didn't work. Multiple calls to the front desk were unanswered. The facilities were dirty.

This property has "Two" areas, the front and the back (fairly far away and kinda separated)
The front is very nice, clean, well taken care off, beautiful, clean lobby etc.
The "back" is the Hood, really, it's nasty back there, the residents seem to be long term "special housing" people.
I would not want to be there nor walk nor have my car parked there at all.
Scary and feels like you are at the getto, people "living" outside, doing their laundry and just hang out doing "their thing" like in the ghetto.
I have spoken to the lobby clerk to move me in a room to the front, which he politely had to decline, since there was no availablilty as he stated.
It seems he tried.
He offered a full refund.
I asked for a discount, since I could not find another hotel on that short notice, and was tired.
The clerk went to management, which happened to be the GM.
GM was extremely accommodating and wanted to ensure that I didn't move in nor use the "other room".
He was able to find me a room in the "Front" where lodging was possible and normal.
I am very please about the staff and the "Front" of the motel.
Room was super clean, large and comfortable.
NOthing special, but just right!!
Thank you again, GM, I will be back regularly.

The noise level was terrible, dogs barking in the room next door. People setting around outside our door. No coffee maker or place on property to get coffee... Really bad for the Motel 6 name. A van on property that looks like it's been sitting there for a long time. Tires flat...
