The breakfast and in room kitchen were nice.

There was one restaurant nearby and the rooftop restaurant closed when it rained. We traveled with small kids so finding food was a pain. The value of the property is less because of things like this.

When we arrived, there was no television service due to satellite issue, and the heat didn’t work in our room. We had to move to new room at 11:00 pm. Neither were in staff’s control and they were very accommodating

The young female on reception was rude and combative ive never experinced such a bad attitude at any hotel. Simply asked if we could move rooms as there was a dog barking in the next room and she lost it with us arguing it was a pet friendly hotel. We love dogs but im not going to pay 300 dollars and not sleep due to a dog barking in the next room. Unreal and ruined the stay. The older woman on reception felt embarrassed and appologised to us.
