Had a great stay; breakfast...

We decided to cancel a reservation on Treasure Island with a privately owned motel and I am so glad we did. Let’s be honest, you never know what you’re going to get. My husband wanted to spend the extra money and go with a corporate chain and Marriott was the perfect choice! You can always expect quality and that’s what we got. Our suite was perfect for our family of 4 that likes space, and was squeaky clean. The view was outstanding with 2 balconies! Pool was clean and access to beach was perfect. Location was amazing and in the heart of it all. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful rooms, ease of access to food, ice machine, pool and ocean.
Lots of elevator options and stair options to get down and up to where we need to go without waiting a ton.
Across the street from a gas station and an icecream shop on the grounds.
Everyone was very friendly too! Staff always greeted us and answered all the questions with a good attitude.
The breakfast options were many, too! And tasted great.
We went as a family of 5.
Negatives:
I wish the doors outside had the option to swing in and out- it was kind of a pain to use one hand to lift up on a lock and then use the other arm to swing the door toward you when your hands were full of beach things or a baby.

Facility was great. Too far from beachfront. Was advertised as oceanfront but it was far and very tiny view of the ocean from balcony. Could barely see it.

Breakfast was served but often out of eggs or juice. It was replaced but lots of people took huge amounts.

Beach was huge. Walk to the water was a bit long but its great because there is a massive beach, so you are not right on top of other people. Great walking / riding trails. Good breakfast. Good staff. Nice, remodeled rooms.
Negatives:
The fees were high. This hotel was not at all cheap. In spite of that they charge for parking but there is vacant parking all over the place. $20.00 per night for parking. It's just kind of a gotcha fee along with other fees.
