The property was close to my family’s home and a short drive to downtown Venice.

The room’s furniture was severely dated and marked up, the shower drain was backed up when I took a shower so that was gross, the outside pool and bar looked amazing however when we went over to them, there wasn’t any shade to sit under at the pool and the bar was way too smoky

The pool was pretty, it was in a good location.
Negatives:
The pool finish was broken, and there were pieces of it in the pool, so when you walked you stepped on the broken rocks, broken off from the pool liner.
The hot tub was closed, and when I asked him maintenance worker why he just said they hadn’t calibrated the jets. … I really wish I could’ve enjoyed the hot tub.
The elevator was really far from the room, the keys are low quality and very easily deactivate. For a suite the bath was basic and bad layout. The bed wasn’t level, only 3 pillows on a king bed. No bedding for the sofa bed. Cheep tvs that can’t sign into shows for the kids. Very few towels in the rooms. Breakfast online was said to be included and unlimited but it cost money and that wasn’t cool…… o and I went to have dinner and drinks at the restaurant and had to leave. The table was dirty, and the chair was covered in food. We sat there forever nobody ever approaches, eventually talking to the bar. They gave one menu for two adults, and then never explained if we needed to come order it with them and the prices were just really high like a $16 cheeseburger with no service I don’t think so….
I’m not just mean or a nag I came with my family after years of no vacation and I really thought for what I paid it would be a better quality and it sucks. I won’t be back.
