I like the location it was not far from the airport
Negatives:
I didn't like that the shuttle wasn't picking up or dropping off certain hours and on the weekends. Most of the furniture in the room needs to change or change the fee to $60 a night. Also the rug needs to clean.

I booked a bed and pull out bed on booking.com for a child but I was only given one bed and I was charged a extra fee when checking in at the hotel for the extra bed but it was not my fault, so I should not have been charged extra the another bed.

We had to add another reservation to our stay, and Tre helped to make that an easy process. He was very helpful, and the other staff was pleasant and helpful as well. Breakfast was good, fast, and easy.

Some of the staff attitudes are horrendous. Spesifically the male receptionist with the dreadlocks that wears specs. We were struggling to get into our room had to walk down 3 times to reactivate cards. I asked him to come back up with to help because its not working and he was very iritated with the fact that he had to help. Rolling his eyes and being rude. Also please mention your site that you dont accept cash . Place is clean and good value for money, enjoyed the stay once we were done dealing with the receptionist . Would recommend the place

This hotel is in a convenient area. It is an older building in need of updating, but the room and all areas were very clean. The staff were extreme kind and helpful. All in all, it was a good stay.
