Didn't have issues, but there was one elevator having some issues

The hotel was very clean and felt new. Im assuming it has been renovated and they did a good job. We were located on the first floor where everything was updated. Beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet. Many restaurants in the area as well.

Great place to stay if...

I made a coutesy call to your property because we were not able to stay the night. I spoke with a hotel front desk staff that informed me i would have to call Booking.com for a refund. I told her that the booking was non refundable but we were just alerting them so that they could fill the room. She charged us for the room. So we were charged twice for the same room. Monday, April 1st, i called the hotel back to tell them the mistake on their part. I got a hotel front desk staff named Marco. He would not let me talk, he treated me like i was stupid and wouldn't allow me to speak. Then, when i insisted he let me talk, he hung up on me. I called back 3 TIMES, he kept hanging up on me, When i asked him is last name he wouldn't give it to me.
