Mistake made on date of initial reservation...upon arrival learned that reservation had been made for previous date...would not give any credit although room not occupied previous date. Required an additional full room rate to stay so left

Read the reviews before booking and they weren't great. The room we had was fantastic. It was very clean and smelled fresh as well. Overall, I thought this was a great hotel.

The location. The front desk person was great.
Negatives:
It was very dirty. The bath tub had lots of hair as did the sink! There was mold on the ceiling and around the bath tub. Holes in the shower surround. The sink also was moldy. The carpet was spotted and dirty.
