Booking.com charged me and the hotel charged me twice with different prices after that. A total of $662 on a $$201 stay. My money is being held for 5 days. I don’t understand why you are reserving rooms for them but when I arrive they charge my card again and again. Does not make sense. What’s the point of going through your company

The television and the head board lights stopped working on the day of check out but besides that, the staff were very nice and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!!

I paid for a king room and when I get there they tell me that you all over booked so they could not honor my request. I waited for almost an hour at the desk while they attempt to get it straight. I was them supposed to be upgraded to the 1 bedroom but sad told it was not available so I end up with 2 queen beds which I hate because I requested and paid for a king. The showerhead in this room was not cleaned and its clogged up so water was only coming out of some of the holes and it sprayed out sharp not to mention you can't make the showerhead go down any further there are no liners so the shower curtain is soaked along with the floor. I only had 2 towels in the room which I used to place on the floor to prevent so much water and a slip and fall.

I didn’t like that my room reservations I made a month was cancelled a couple hours before arriving from out of town. And no one even picked up the phone to call and say something. Not a lot of fun searching for a room late night after traveling all day.
