For the price, the room was decent, the bed was comfortable. The surroundings were quiet. It was it a good location, near a Waffle House and gas stations.
Negatives:
The room was cleaned poorly. The items in the room were not refilled. The refrigirator made noise all night and wake my daughter up. The front desk closes.

I've never negatively reviewed a place in over 10 years simply because I've never had an experience of this nature. These guys aren't taking their jobs seriously. When we went inside, the lobby area had a foul smell (might be due to large trash bins being kept inside the corridors). In the room itself, the toilets were not cleaned and there was still urine in the bowl and the bathtub was dirty. We thought we could still tolerate it. But we then started noticing roaches. At that point we had to nope out. No refund was issued even though we didn't actually stay in the place for more than half an hour in a 2 day booking. It was a mistake to just go by booking.com's ratings and not go through the reviews in detail. The ratings are a lie and I'm deeply disappointed in booking.com's lack of follow up as well. I can't understand how they'd allow a property at this level to continue to do business on their site.
