Flying Roaches. Had to do a room change at 5am due to a flood that wasnt caused by myself. The toilet was already messed up when we got there (slow flush). Beds were dirty. and when asked for a refund i got the run around and just ended up disputing charge with my bank. worst stay ever. i know where i was but the quality shouldve been better.

The light from outside made our room too lit at night. Didnt sleep well because of the light. Air conditioner was way too noisy. I woke up each time it kicked on. The toilet ran quite a bit.

The first room I was given was damp and smelled like mold. My eyes were burning and itching and my throat was scratchy within the first 10 minutes of being in the room. Changed rooms which was better but there was still a slight mildew smell and the carpet felt damp. The AC unit didn't work well at all. I was waking up every hour either hot or.cold.
