I check out late. My reservation was 2 queens bed , when i arrived front desk said they didn't have a room with a queen bed , i paid for that and wasnt available she said hotel was full. She hand me a very uncomfortable portable couch for my 13 yr old dauther. I have to pull that couch to my room in the 3erd floor . My Daughter sleep very uncomfortable and end sleeping with my husband and me in a queen bed.
I understand hotel was full ,but i did my reservation in advanced and pay for double queen.

The area the weed smoke the lack of upkeep the strange people hanging out in the dimly lit parking lot the extreme notice coming from the right on next door all night while I had a 4month old baby trying to sleep also front desk attendant had her 2-4yr old daughter hiding under the front desk while she assist customers not the best environment or experience for additional parking fee in the hood on top of your room stay and there wasn’t even a garage no security nothing

The cleanliness and extremely helpful friendly staff.

They short staff in the AM. One person works the front desk as well as the breakfast Cafe. Leaving the breakfast area slack. It had good items eggs, sausage links, bacon strips, toast, cereal, juice, etc. But it wasn't enough or fresh. The attendant was doing her best with a great attitude. She was friendly and willing. Her attitude and attention was on point who casted if it wasn't what we expected. She made us smile.
