Negatives: Nicer rooms or cheaper price

Negatives: Unclean lobby, super unclean and uncomfortable rooms, reclusive staff who were not even there at checkout in the morning at 7:30 AM. What more can anyone ask for? The toilet was clogged overnight, sink would take 10 mins to drain water, pathetic beds.

Negatives: It has roaches and stinks

Negatives: There is no cookware for the kitchen. The room we checked had a smoked in odor. The desk clerk said you might want to find another place to stay. My credit card was charged $85 even though we did not stay there.

Negatives: You will be overcharged! They also do not serve breakfast which I paid for. I traveled with kids and paid for breakfast which they don’t include. I was charged a deposit but there is no listing of a deposit on booking website . I requested this information before checking in and the hotel never responded. A deposit amount should be listed on website so there are no surprises. The hotel has a real bad smell like pee, and there was also trash on the floor in the halls. The hot water didn’t work in our room. Hotel staff stated that would put in a maintenance request. Two nights and still no one came to fix it or even move us to another room!

Negatives: Room was dirty, the girl checking us in had to climb over the counter with a small toddler to check us in. The air conditioner was extremely loud and kept us up all night.

Negatives: Tv didn’t work. Staff notified the first day and was promised a new remote and no remote. Went to front desk later on about and was told that he would put in a maintenance request. Went the whole stay without TV. No dishes was available. Dust/spiders webs in corners and behind nightstand

Negatives: The front desk clerk was very nice but absent. I don't blame HER though, I blame the COMPANY for only scheduling 1 person during check n time. We had to wait 10 freaking minutes before we could even START to check n because she was n the break room she said. The lobby is super small & the building looks dated. The microwave didn't work because the part that turns the plate was missing. The tub looked dirty because it is worn. The sink drain had white caulking squished out around it. Ur SUPPOSED to use plumber's putty for that, NOT caulk. The bed was NOT comfortable, was VERY hard, hurt my back. Bathroom was SUPER small. Only 1 trash can n the ENTIRE room & or wasn't even a 13 gallon can, was about 3 gallon sized. The overall room size was big enough for all 4 of us but theBATHROOM man,,, come on. Lighting also sucked, too many dark areas.

Negatives: Needs a refurbished badly. Everything worn, rusted or well past its prime. Had several cockroach visitors while sitting at n couch.

Negatives: Room was a little noisy during the day. I could hear other people talking in their rooms. Also, room was a little tired. was clean but was old and worn.

Negatives: No one on site at 3:15 when tried to check in Called but went to msg Someone was there when we returned at 10p It took 2 calls & 5 days to get deposit refunded
