Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. I had to haul my luggage to the second floor with no elevator and the room smelled like smoke. The associate working at the front desk gave me another room but, it was dingy. I stayed bc I was tired.

made reservation way in advance as my husband had to go for surgery by. Upon arrival we were told they dont have a room fir us as we did not pay in advance. We had to hussle to find another place - which were much mire expensive. We would appreciate some type of compensation as this was way over our budget and made an already stressful situation more stressful

I saw the room they tried to put me in and I immediately went to office to complain. Room had an odor, carpet was filthy, bathroom was nasty. I got a refund and went to another Extended Stay America less than a mile away from that location.
