Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The bed was comfortable, clean and a great price. The roll-in shower was great addition. The front desk staff at checkout was nice.
Negatives:
The front desk staff was at check in was rude. She insisted that I was looking at the keypad wrong even though nothing was coming up. She also tried to make us pay for the room twice after we'd already paid for it online.
The deposit was high. Most places I've been to are $50. $100 made our tight budget for a medical trip even tighter.
The breakfast is oatmeal, granola, and muffins. It's only a good value if you like all of it.
The set up of the TV isn't ideal because it doesn't face the bed. Also there is no coffee in the room when you arrive. Coffee would've been nice after driving four hours to get there. Even in dirt cheap motels, they'll have a coffee pot and coffee in the room, but not here.

The room was very smelly, even lobby was smelly.
Surprisingly no room service on weekends,
Used same towels for two days.
Our toilet was flooded, we were fortunate to find a lady staff who helped, as I mentioned no room service on weekends.
They advertised breakfast including, but only Coffee and some protein bars were as a breakfast .
Over all very bad experience.

The location was great, close to a mall, grocery stores, shops, restaurants, etc. The staff trainer, Kenya was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the company's process. All the custodial staff were extremely nice and took their work seriously, reflecting in the cleanliness of the room and facility.
Negatives:
Most of the front desk staff weren't as knowledgeable about the company's process of extending a stay which caused us to loose over $120 for paying for the same room twice in one day!! That's why Kenya was assigned to the property to train staff to prevent this issue from happening to other people!!

Yes, the breakfast needs updating. Ive been working and staying in ESAs for months now and its nice to have the free breakfast options but they didnt have the oatmeal or grits on these cold winter days, wouldve been nice.
