Positives:
Nothing was really fantastic and remarkable grin this hotel.
Negatives:
The staff did not provide the level of service expected for a five star hotel. The elevator motor and constant dings and lots beeps could be heard 24/7 from the room. The room itself was very small and the TV did not work fluidly.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel. I had a cup of coffee in the lobby after I checked out. The room was extremely comfortable and the shower was exceptional.
Negatives:
My car was tagged with someone elses claim ticket. My car could have been given to someone else. This is an inexcusable mistake. I didnt sense that the valet thought it was a big deal.

unfortunately not much the property can do . its in a area of atlanta which I suspect has taken a big beating from covid. sad to see so much of homelessness and poverty as soon as you come out of the property . although we were on the 14th floor , not much views of the city .
