Welcoming staff and excellent service. Room was up to standards for a luxury hotel. Price value ratio is good.

Room did not have complimentary tea. Coffee in room was unacceptable as was coffee in the bar area. Maybe it is a sign of the times but the hotel food menu all-day-dining needs some fine tuning. Entree choices are limited in number.

The Onyx Restaurant staff was excellent; Che was outstanding, had great food and hospitality.The hotel is beautiful, with amenities considered amongst the best.Staff members and Goodness were just warm, respectful and exceptional.

Absolutely. That remote person one gets when calling the hotel is annoying. Some staff members had supreme superficiality and it turns a guest off. Kyre and Goodness were exceptional staff though, and they made guests feel wonderful.

It was perfect. Location was central to the activities I had planned. Atlanta was colder than normal while I visited but the hotel does not control that.

I have stayed here several times and it is excellent. The quality of the hotel with it large lobby and seating area with the view of its garden and waterfall make you feel like you are on an island instead of Buckhead/Atlanta. Staff/location are great.

Gentleman at the front desk was kind, professional, thoughtful, and accommodating. Room was clean & comfortable.

One disappointment was the water brand that was provided to guests at front desk & executive members. Higher quality would be more appropriate for a 4 star hotel! Smart Water, Voss, Nestl, Glaceau, Icelandic, Fiji. $41 parking is high for hotel parking.
