The people at the reception were very cold and showed no interest in us, in fact they assigned me a room apparently occupied by someone else, since when I opened the door to the room everything was in disarray, I had to go back to the reception to tell them what What was happening, they gave me another room, but their attitude was always cold and distant, they did not apologize for their mistake, their ego is infinite.

Location was perfect, that was about the only positive thing about the stay and the discounted parking garage!
Negatives:
I don’t like how all of the hallways were cold but our room would never get under 77 degrees it was very hot someone claim they came to fix it but the temperature never changed so they offered to move us into another room then the air in that room was receiving an error message air wasn’t working in there either! At the end of the stay they also tried to charge us extra fees for tourism taxes which is ridiculous.

I like how friendly and helpful the staff is. Upon entering everyone was very friendly and always willing to accommodate our needs. I found this hotel on Tik Tok for my birthday trip with friends and we really loved it.
Negatives:
I do wish there were other options for parking other than valet as the valet can be pricey. This may be due to the location of the hotel and limited parking; however the valet team were very nice and brought the vehicle in a timely manner.
