Ice machines. Did not work.we were staying there while work was being done on our house. I made the reservations for two weeks as that was the time estimated by the contractor, and was charged the whole two weeks in advance but advised the hotel
On Jan 11 we advised would be checking out
On the 13 of January , four days early
But upon checkout the hotel told us we would need to get our bill and refund for the unused potion of our
Stay from the booking agent Booking.com. We are still waiting to get this issue resolved!

The staff was very nice and friendly and the location is great. Parking was good and once I discovered the exit door close to my room, it was easy to get in and out of the hotel.
Negatives:
The luggage carts were sparse, and the hotel seems worn out. I can tell it’s a newer build but the hallway carpet is faded and worn with runs, the doors and hardware are loose and jiggly, the bathroom needs maintenance attention. The toilet looked like it had been worked on a lot and I had to call service because my room didn’t have hot water. The front desk was very busy and it was an unreasonable amount of time trying to get an answer about the water. Eventually I did talk to someone who didn’t seem very worried about it. That really bothered me because the water wasn’t just luke warm, it was unbearable for a shower cold. Once I ran the water for about 15-20 minutes it started to warm up enough that I could rinse off. I don’t know, I’ve stayed in other Hotel Indigos and had a much higher expectation for this location based on my other experiences being so fantastic. I would stay at Hotel Indigos again but I wouldn’t stay at this location again.
