Positives: The location of the hotel is perfect for someone visiting Atlanta. It is central to all other neighborhoods and easy to find. The staff is very nice and helpful. Our room also had a nice view.

Negatives: When arriving to the hotel I found out that it is $40 a day to park your car with the hotels parking. no valet for this price either. This was not properly disclosed to me when booking. only after I was locked in to the hotel I found this out. I also specifically reserved a King bed because I was sharing the room with my spouse and we got a full bed.... When inspecting the room the window sills were very dirty with hair dust and other dirt clogging them. The bathroom was equally not clean. When lifting the toilet seat I found a brown stain.
