The room was very cold and the thermostat wasn't working. It required a visit from the maintenance staff who had to open up the vent in the wall to fix it. Also, I booked a room with 2 queens bed and was told I was being upgraded to a room with a king bed and sofa sleeper in the corner wing; I had to call for linen for the sofa sleeper. Also, no microwave was available. The sink also was problematic where a pool of water gathered near the faucet and had to keep a towel there to soak up the water.

They do not refund their quest when they have to check out early. This is the first hotel chain that I have experienced this from. Also the price that you pay for the rooms you would think they would offer complimentary breakfast and they don’t.
