Negatives: The room was very cold and the thermostat wasn't working. It required a visit from the maintenance staff who had to open up the vent in the wall to fix it. Also, I booked a room with 2 queens bed and was told I was being upgraded to a room with a king bed and sofa sleeper in the corner wing; I had to call for linen for the sofa sleeper. Also, no microwave was available. The sink also was problematic where a pool of water gathered near the faucet and had to keep a towel there to soak up the water.

Negatives: I sent a message to the hotel through booking one week before I check in, but no one reply to me even after I checked out!!! Breakfast is buffet but still charged me tips!!! Charged my credit for deposit, but not cancelled yet till now, three weeks after my check out!!!
