We loved the location, the spacious room, the breakfast, convenience stand, and the cleanliness of this hotel.
Negatives:
We called the hotel directly, spoke with a front desk agent, and asked if the pool was open. They said yes. We arrive and the pool has not been opened due to needing a new heating element. We would have stayed elsewhere just for our children to have access to a pool. So we felt mislead.
