Not much. The room itself was fine - well when there was maid service, which did not happen automatically or every day. The location across from the Aquarium is great

The staff were rude, hostile and gave attitude from the start at check in. Even the manager was awful
Breakfast was disgusting. On paper plates and disposable cutlery
Day 1 I came back from my conference at 4.30 and found no maid has been. Room was not made up. Front desk tells me its not automatic- you have to ask. I had asked the maid but her English was non existent

The location was great. The breakfast was nice. The evening valet was professional and very polite. The morning staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Negatives:
Our evening reception was less than welcoming. There weren’t phone charger outlets without a block. The bed seemed to have a valley in the middle. The cover for the key fab on the door was missing the top.

Hotel staff wasn't the most inviting and unpleasant. Our room didn't have any soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the dispenser. No all day coffee. Bar was closed one night. They don't take any forms of payment like Chime or PayPal. Valet was over priced.

It was close the aquarium and some food but didn't have many options and everything seemed to close at 8pm
Negatives:
Staff was kinda dry towards us. They don't accept certain types of cards, Chime, PayPal. The bar closed at 10pm one night and then the next night it wasn't even open. Lights went out due to a storm and didn't come back on for 2 hours. Valet parking was a joke. No carts to take our bags. Staff was just super unhelpful and seem to avoid every attempt I made to smile and say hi
