Tony was VERY helpful. The system was acting up at check in but once I was given an open room and working key card, everything was fine!
The hotel is clean, and the King room is plenty big enough; the bed is firm but I thought it was comfortable.
Breakfast is basic but there are plenty of options - eggs, meat, bread/muffins, cereal, & waffle and coffee stations.
I read a number of reviews, many of which detailed an experience similar to mine. Those with negative comments shouldn't dissuade you from choosing to stay at this location - nothing always goes as planned but if you have realistic expectations and a good attitude about what might not, you should be just fine!

Good location, close to highways, stores, shopping.
Negatives:
Noise! Lots of noise from people constantly slamming doors, talking loud in hallways very late into the night, running up and down the stairs, dogs barking, kids running up and down the halls. They need to implement "Quiet hours" like other hotels, it was ridiculous the amount of noise.
Basic breakfast and items would run out before the end of breakfast and this occurred a few different times.
Bed was too firm., hard to sleep on top of the noise.
AC is preprogrammed, I had to keep setting the temperature to keep it cool in the room.
