it was nice and clean- had a great view of the park. room 2170.
Negatives:
Have stayed at the one in LA which was much nicer. The desk staff wasnt super friendly or helpful. had some issues with key card and had to make many rounds to solve it.

The pool was dirty and needed another foot of water. The whole first step didn't have water. Also, the hot tub jets were not working which was reported to staff.

Excellent location adjacent to the arena and park. Put your car in the garage and forget it. We were able to walk with our 3yr old granddaughter to the aquarium, Coca Cola museum, playground, and to take in a Hawks game. Awesome city view from our room.
Negatives:
As is the trend right now, for us hot sleeping women in our 50s the bedding is too much. You've got the option of just a top sheet or a super thick, heavy and hot duvet. Freeze or roast...so a good night's sleep was challenging.
