Hotel was dank and musty. There were never any extra sheets and pillows for the sofabed. the sofabed mattress was horrendously filthy.

Walking distance to a lot of needed places and food. Hotel employee was the best.

They don't check the linen for debris, food etc. 2 separate set of sheets had coffee stirring straws in them which means they just ball up and stuff in the laundry without checking or shaking..

While I was waiting online, the staff gave the guest ahead of me a welcome bag with water, etc. When it was my turn they did not. I asked about it and the attendant just chucked and called next person. I was so taken aback on how I was treated.

It smells smoke, Marijuana, the carpet is dirty inside the room. I am allergic to the smell & I didn't stayed at the hotel, why I didn't get fully refunded.

It is not clean. The customers they had they were smoking cigarettes, Marijuana by the balcony. The hotel hallway is the balcony.

On the website this hotel is rated as a three star but you can clearly see that it's not once you arrive. Had bugs as well.

Compared with the "same" 3 Star hotel right next door, it is evidently not the same level as advertised. This is the most disappointing point.

The bed. The bedding was soft and was comfortable. Tye towels were absorbent.

Perfection isn't possible, but there was a broken finger nail in the bathroom that wasn't mine.

The gentleman who chceck us in was very kind and accommodated my service dog really well.

Our side of the building smelled nothing but marijuana.. guys parked down at the end of the parking lot in the back selling im assuming marijuana as they started smoking after the girl gave them money.

A very dated atmosphere. The television was malfunctioning. a/c unit was very loud. Light fixtures were falling apart. Restroom area poorly lit.

the lady who worked Friday morning were absolutely adorable. The customer service at this hotel is exemplary. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The grounds were clean and well kept. The equipment and furniture were good.100% recommend.

There was no bar or liquor or anything. Oh and sometimes my key didnt work.

There were always reasons not to clean rooms( short staff) and some receptionist were rude and expected the customers to do things by themselves like bringing dirty towels downstairs by themselves
