The location and friendly staff! The indoor pool, comfortable room with nice shower pressure plus the very nice breakfast.

The room desk didn't have plugs for convenience. The parking was a bit overpriced ($60 a night) to tack on top of a $200+ room

Everything was very clean. The hotel is in a good location & the view was great.

Rooms are small, no microwave, valet parking lost my car took them almost an hour to find it. Due to double parking people. I don't think I will choose this hotel again. Not worth the money. No free breakfast. The observation deck at the top closes too early.

The elevators broke down, and we were on the 39th floor we had to take the stairs.
Valet parking filled up fast, and so did their parking garage. We had to park 3 blocks away.
